We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible digital products and online courses.
To request a refund, you must:
● Submit your request within 14 days of purchase.
● Provide proof of purchase.
● Demonstrate that you have attempted to use the product by submitting completed coursework (if applicable).
Refunds are NOT available for:
● Services that have been fully delivered before the refund request (e.g., coaching calls, completed consultations).
● Membership programmes, unless otherwise specified.
● Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed beyond a reasonable extent.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that our refund policy is being misused.
